Job Summary:
The Senior Accountant is responsible for preparing month-end journal entries, preparing monthly GL account reconciliations, preparing accruals and account analysis. This position also assists management in monthly review and in the execution of their daily duties as well as monthly and yearly closing processes.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain the fixed asset subledger (includes entering monthly additions, obtaining appropriate support for disposals, calculating depreciation, and reconciling to the balance sheet)
- Perform general accounting duties including prepaid, intangible, deferred rent journal entries, along with related balance sheet reconciliations.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts including commissions payable and accrued expenses and compile supporting documentation for reconciling items.

Job Summary:
The Director of Financial Reporting will be primarily responsible for all technical accounting and financial reporting research and analysis to ensure Company compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and applicable regulatory agencies, financial statement validation, accounting policy reviews and policy documentation.
Responsibilities include:
Mitigate business risk by ensuring proper accounting treatment for all transactions via accounting research activities, documentation, training and providing assurance on the relevance and reliability of financial information that is reported.
Prepare periodic white papers required to document the Company’s accounting position and policy for all new business transactions.
Monitor accounting developments and their applicability to the Company (FASB, SEC, PCAOB, IAS, etc); research and resolve internal accounting questions; provide training as needed; and update and maintain control over the Corporate Financial Policies Manual.
Oversee the monthly closing process to ensure timely completion of all closing duties.

Job Summary:
This Hands-on Tax Manager will be responsible for all Tax Planning, Compliance and Analysis, specifically managing all aspects of the Company’s accounting and financial reporting related to FAS 109 and FIN 48, working closely with the internal organization and external consultants to prepare tax provision calculations needed to determine the Company’s world wide effective tax rate, researching strategies, preparing tax-related footnote disclosures and commentary to be included in the Company’s annual audited financial statements, and oversight of Federal, State, Local and International taxation. (This is a standalone, hands on position.)
Required background and qualifications include:

Job Summary:
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for month-end close, budgeting and forecasting, and trending key business analytics.
Responsibilities include:
Handle monthly closing procedures: produce standard monthly journal entries, reports analysis, and related statements as well as reconcile all balance sheet and income statement accounts.
Handle monthly projection model update process: maintain financial statement forecast models, update estimated data with actual performance results; ensure YTD actual data ties with YTD financial statements, maintain prior projection model integrity, produce actual to projection variance analysis, add future periods to the models as needed, and work with management to incorporate into the models the impacts of new business ventures, process and operational changes and trend changes.
